Stolen Horses International, aka NetPosse.com, is an organization dedicated to helping horse owners in need. In basic terms, NetPosse.com is a central contact point for collecting and distributing information world-wide in the form of an "IDAHO Alert". The alerts are that are similar to the AMBER Alert include photographs and printable flyers that can be posted to help in identifying and recovering missing horses and property. The name "Idaho" comes from a horse stolen from a family 10 years ago and recovered 51 weeks later because of their efforts. The equivalent in the horse industry to the Missing Children’s Network, NetPosse.com is an all-volunteer organization that relies upon sponsors and donations for support. You will find stolen horse, trailer and tack listings as wells as lost and found horses as well as horse identification products.
